Held at the East Orange POP UP Shop in East Orange, NJ, KP Carter read excerpts from her book, Summertime with Lizzie B Hayes to attendees, while also providing them the opportunity to support the black owned businesses stationed in the shop. Students were provided with an array of exciting activities, including an engaging workshop on the different types of colleges and universities. On Saturday, February 2nd, Rho Gamma Omega Chapter hosted its annual Pink Goes Red Kickboxing class in support of Alpha Kappa Alpha’s Pink Goes Red Community Impact Day. Participants engaged in a high-energy 1-hr class led by instructor, our Sorority Sister, Ashley Howard, who kept the crowd motivated to complete the workout.
