On Saturday, May 18th, Rho Gamma Omega hosted a Hands-Only CPR Class. The purpose of the class was to refresh our knowledge on the steps to take in an emergency situation where someone has entered cardiac arrest or is choking. Participants were able to practice the skills to assist both adults and babies. A take-home guide of the steps, along with facts about stroke prevention was also provided. On Saturday, May 11th, Rho Gamma Omega held an informative #CAP session on Time Management and SAT/ACT preparation. Students learned the importance of being organized and prioritizing tasks in order to better ensure success in college. On April 27, 2019, Rho Gamma Omega chapter hosted a Global Impact program entitled Developing a New Beginning Through Global Migration. It featured Mr. Quabinah Jumah, who spoke about his family's migration from Ghana to the United States when he was eight years-old and assimilating into American culture.
