On Saturday, May 30, 2020, Rho Gamma Omega chapter's #CAP and Building Your Economic Legacy Committees collaborated to provide an engaging virtual financial seminar for teens. Students received a workshop on information including but not limited to budgeting, saving for college and estate planning. Thank you to all who attended.

RECAP: RGO Donates to Residents of Sierra House
On Friday, May 29, 2020, Rho Gamma Omega chapter's Building Your Economic Legacy provided a donation of essentials to Sierra House in East Orange, NJ. Items included industrial strength cleansers, bleach, bathroom accessories and other necessities. The ladies of Rho Gamma Omega chapter are committed to providing assistance to the communities we serve.

Join our Resistance Band Dance Class!
The gyms are closed but we are open! Please join Rho Gamma Omega chapter on Saturday, June 6 @ 10AM for a Zumba-inspired fitness class hosted by Naiesha Brooks of She Pumps Fittness. You will need a resistance band, 3-4 lb hand weights and your computer to join us. Remember, Heart Disease causes 1 in 3 deaths among women - more than all cancers COMBINED. RECAP: Virtual Walking Challenge
On Saturday, May 16th, Rho Gamma Omega chapter's Women's Healthcare and Wellness Committee hosted a virtual walking challenge where members were asked to walk or engage in some other form of exercise for a minimum of thirty minutes in order to get their bodies moving. Members collectively walked over 100,000 steps. The ladies of Rho Gamma Omega are committed to increasing awareness of the importance of diet and exercise in order to help reduce risk of heart disease. #AKAat
